Male and female Cardinals were back in our Bradford Pear trees
this afternoon feasting on the berries. Actually they aren't berries,
but small fruit that softens up in late fall. Whatever they are, the
birds love them. Blue Jays, Chickadees and Tufted Titmice were
also eating them as well. I love watching them, plus it makes for a
great photo opportunity :)

The song 'God Will Take Care Of You' just popped into my head. Great shots of da boids! My fave is the female cardinal. Must be tasty fruit! :)
Is that a nest of some kind in the first pic or just a gob of leaves? Cardinals & Blue Jays are pretty birds.
I'm thinking that's a nest of some sort, but not sure. They say you can make wine out of those berries.
God does take care of earth's creatures, doesn't he?
