Snowy Day in Smith County

We had our first measurable snow of the season yesterday and
last night. I'm guessing we got around 3" of the white stuff. Could
be more. It's way too cold to go outside and measure :) These are
some scenes from around my house. The funny thing is it's still
Fall! The official start of Winter is a week away.

Pretty! We got between 5" & 8". The cats hate each other and won't share a box to keep warm, so I had to get separate boxes for them, which I put side by side. Dumb cats! They'd be much warmer if they stayed together!

That's typical. We have boxes in the garage for Jessica and Libby. Libby loves her, but Jessie cat would rather sleep on a stack of boards we have out there. Go figure!

Pretty snowfall pics! Our deck chairs look like that too--like they have these fluffy white pillows on them :) I really like the last pic.

Poor little Mockingbird was trying to stay warm on top of our mailbox. He was all fluffed up.
