Check out this grasshopper soaking up the sun!
This picture took a great deal of patience on my part.
Terry will tell you that patience is something I don't
have a lot of. Anway, I stood under the arbor next to
our garden and snapped this picture of a goldfinch in
our sunflower patch. That's one of the many reasons
I love growing sunflowers. They provide free food for
our feathered friends.

Totally awesome! Love these pictures. I almost didn't see the Goldfinch :D He's the same color as the Sunflowers. So pretty. These pics look really cool when you click on them and enlarge them. You're lucky that grasshopper didn't spring onto your face! :D
Awesome pix young grasshoppah!!! Yeah, I almost didn't see the finch either but I enlarged it and there it was! Very kewl!!!
