I love this little hens and chicks plant. It sits out on our
front porch all winter and through the scorching afternoon
summer sun. It's a very hardy plant.
Hens and chicks plants are mat-forming succulents
that produce clusters of rosettes. The parent rosettes
are the "hens," and the smaller rosettes that spring from
them are the "chicks" or "chickens."

Love chicks and hens! These are so pretty. And they do survive the worst weather extremes.
