Sunrise, Moonset

My hubby Terry caught this sequence of gorgeous sunrise
shots this morning. Enjoy!

I say, It's alright." ~ George Harrison

He also snapped this shot of the moon setting behind a
hill near our house. Beautiful! Great job, honey :)

Big, Fluffy Clouds

Nothing more beautiful than big, fluffy clouds floating in
a blue Spring sky.

Twin clouds. Aren't they cute?

Love that deep blue sky!

Happy Birthday, Ma, Granny, Great-Granny!

My mom, Hampton Gailbreath Mabry, turned 89 years
young on Friday, March 26th.

Our family celebrated her birthday today at Morningside
of Cookeville where she has lived for the past 9 years.

We enjoyed cake, ice cream and punch. The cake was made
by a friend of my niece, Holly. Her cakes are the best. Ma
was showered with cards, gifts, hugs and well wishes. She
really enjoyed her special day.

My mom was born in Gainesboro, Tennessee on March
26th, 1921.

We love you mom!! We wish you a Happy Birthday and many,
many more! You're simply the best.

"A cat's eyes are windows enabling us to see into another world." ~ Irish Legend

It seems the older Jessie cat gets, the more she likes to
pose for the camera. These pictures were so cute, I just
had to share them. I hope they make you smile :0)

I call this her "smug" look.

Pensive. I wonder what she's thinking?

Curious about the camera lens.

Spring Calf

On our road trip we came upon this newborn calf. The
following pictures show him or her trying to stand up.
How cute is that? I want one.

I think I can.

Almost there.

Success :o)

I love this tree! It was hard getting it all in the photo :)

This tree was pretty neat too.
