This is Jessica, or Jessie Cat as she's affectionately known.
Jessica is 12 years old and the sweetest cat you'll ever want
know. She loves to be scratched behind her ears and loves
to be brushed. She's the queen bee around here and reminds
Spooky and Libby of that everyday.
Jessie cat showed up right after we moved into our house
in 1997. She was five or six weeks old, was skin and bones
and was in pretty bad shape. We already had a dog at the
time and really didn't want a cat, but she wouldn't take no
for an answer. After a couple of weeks of antibiotics and
some tender loving care she was all better. She's starting
to show her age and is a little slower to move, but she's still
active and spunky.

Aww...she's so pretty and sweet! She and Buddy cat are about the same age. He came to live with us in '97, too. Loving your blog!!
Wow, she's that old? She's a pretty cat! Can't believe you guys have lived there that long! It's a world record!!!
