Me, Terry and our longtime friend, Danny Kilpatrick, took a short
road trip yesterday afternoon. We drove the back roads of Smith
county and ended up at the Center Hill dam. This pretty Mallard
duck was sitting on one of the rocks sticking up out of the water.
Soon after I snapped his picture, he was on his way. It was a fun
weekend filled with lots of laughs, which I really need these days!

I love Irises! They are so pretty and they smell like cotton candy, at
least they do to me :0)

rainbow after a light rain shower. God is great!

Macro Mayfly

The Mayflies are out. This one was perched underneath a leaf on
our Fringe tree.

Our Japanese Maple and Lemon Thread Cypress make
for some pretty spring colors!

April Fool's Day
