My Fall Front Porch

Finally getting my Fall on. It looks like there will be frost on the pumpkin again tonight. We had our first frost of the year this morning.

Here's another shot from yesterday morning's heavy frost. It looks like someone sprinkled salt on the leaves. I've learned how hard it is to take macro shots. It's almost impossible to hold the camera still enough. It takes a lot of practice and patience.

Ice Crystals

Ice crystals on our evergreen bush early this morning.

Sunflowers before the hard freeze last night.


And after the hard freeze. Lows here got into the 20's last night
with heavy frost.

Frosty Shrooms

This is what's left of the beautiful red mushrooms that were
growing in our sideyard. We had two nights of hard frost last
week. Hate to see them go :( Hope they're back next year!
