This cute little doe walks through our yard almost every morning, although I haven't seen her for a few days. I followed her down to our neighbor's back yard last week to take a picture. This is her spying me from under one of Mrs. Shaw's fruit trees. Now I know why she hangs around down there for so long :0) So far she has stayed away from our garden.

 My nephew-in-law, Jerry, is a hunter and I thought of him when I saw these two beauties on Saturday afternoon.

It was a gorgeous day for a road trip yesterday. It was our first one
since Terry had his foot surgery almost three weeks ago. We ended
up in Watertown and Norene, small towns in rural Wilson County.
As we were driving along one of the country roads, I spotted these
deer in someone's back yard. Terry backed the truck up and stopped
and I quickly started snapping pictures. As soon as they saw us they
started to scatter. At least I got a few good shots of them.

Squirrel!!!

Yesterday, after our Thanksgiving meal at my sister's house, I
went outside and took some pictures of the little squirrel that
frequents her bird feeders :0)
