They Always Come Back :0)

I woke up this morning to the sound of a kitten crying! Turns out
one of the three kittens that we took in over the weekend has
come back. So, I took it to our Animal Wellness center here in
town and found out it's a male and is about 10 weeks old. He's a
tiny little thing weighing in at 1.6pounds. I had him wormed,
tested for feline leukemia, and he's had his first shots. Animal
Wellness also gave me some free Heartline, which was really nice
of them. We plan on finding a home for the little guy. So far the
other two haven't shown up and I hope they don't. I think it will
be easier to find a home for one instead of three
kitties.

Someone dumped these three beautiful black kittens in the
cemetary behind our house. Me and T seem to attract stray
cats, so naturally they ended up at our house. We took them
in yesterday and fed them and gave them water. We were
hoping to find good homes for them. We made them a comfy,
safe spot on our garden deck for the night. When we went out
this morning before heading to church, they weren't anywhere
to be found. We figured they would show up again after having
fed them. As of tonight, they still haven't shown up. We're not
sure what happened to them. I can only hope the mama cat
came back and led them somewhere else and that they're safe.

I found this cat lounging on our front porch a couple of days ago.
I have no idea where he came from. I think he was taking a fancy
to our cat, Jessica, who was sitting in the window seal at the time.
Thankfully both of our girls were spayed a long time ago :0)

Deer in the headlights :0) He heard the noise from my camera
shutter and looked up. Needless to say he was surprised to see
me standing at the door. He must belong to someone because
he looked like he hadn't missed a meal. I just hope he's been
neutered!
