Our Japanese Maple tree was almost killed by a bad freeze Tennessee had in 2006. We had to cut several limbs off because of damage, but it's come back just as beautiful as ever. The red leaves are gorgeous!
When we were out on our recent road trip we saw this huge Wild Turkey running across the road. I wish the picture was a little more focused, but I had my long lens on at the time and wasn't expecting to see this big guy. He ran off the side of the highway and into a field where he quickly disappeared.
On Saturday April 3rd, me and Terry took a road trip up to Bledsoe Creek State Park near Gallatin, Tennessee. We had never been there before and wanted to check it out.
One of the many walking trails in the park.
Bledsoe Creek
Mallard duck on the creek. More BCSP pictures tomorrow.
